At desk chair workspace, our community is what makes this place special—and every member brings something unique to the table.

This week, we’re excited to introduce David Hall, founder of the Law Office of David Hall and a highly experienced immigration attorney serving the Loveland community.

From Design to Law:

David’s path to becoming an immigration attorney wasn’t exactly traditional and that’s part of what makes his story so compelling.

He originally earned his undergraduate degree in graphic design from Lipscomb University, while also minoring in Spanish. His passion for language and culture took him abroad to Uruguay and later to Peru, where he spent two years immersing himself in Spanish-speaking communities.

That experience ultimately opened the door to a role in the Nashville juvenile court system, where David managed cases and frequently served as an interpreter. Encouraged by the judges and attorneys around him, he decided to pursue law—earning his degree from the Nashville School of Law and becoming admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2011.

He’s been practicing immigration law ever since.

At the core of David’s work is something simple, but powerful: helping people. Through the Law Office of David Hall, he focuses on building strong, honest relationships with his clients. His approach is rooted in clear communication, respect, and doing the very best he can for every person he works with.

Q -Why Coworking Works

A -Before moving to Loveland, David had already experienced coworking in Tennessee—so when he relocated after COVID, he knew exactly what he was looking for.

“I wanted a space that got me out of the house but still felt connected,” he shared.

What he found at Desk Chair was more than just an office—it was a community.

From daily social interactions with people in completely different industries to a beautifully remodeled space that’s welcoming for both members and clients, coworking has become a key part of his day-to-day life.

Life Outside the Office

When he’s not working, David is all about the Colorado lifestyle. You’ll find him outdoors hiking, biking, camping, or skiing—taking full advantage of everything Northern Colorado has to offer.

He also enjoys spending time with friends and family at local favorites like Verboten Brewing & Barrel Project, where great beer and a lively atmosphere make it a go-to spot.

If David could sit down for dinner with anyone, it would be Tom Hanks—because who wouldn’t want to hear stories from one of the most iconic actors of our time?

Making an Impact

One of the most rewarding parts of David’s work is helping people build their lives here in the United States.

“It’s incredibly exciting to help someone stay in the U.S. and eventually gain citizenship,” he says.

That passion for making a difference is what drives his work every day—and it’s exactly the kind of dedication that makes our Desk Chair community so special.
