Flexible Loveland Conference Space

We work with our members to provide access to conference room space to meet your specific needs. This includes providing venues for weekend and holiday use as required.

Each of our conference rooms and facilities have a nominal non-refundable deposit and an hourly rate. If you wish to book the conference facilities for the entire day for a multi-day event, contact our booking and reservation team for pricing.

We can accommodate most special requests for those hosting their conference at our facilities. Talk to our team about specifics for each event.

There is ample parking for your attendees around our building in downtown Loveland.

Our facilities are designed to allow easy access for those with disabilities.

We offer a range of different conference and event rooms for weddings, social events, corporate dinners, conferences, and meetings. All the amenities you need to host the events are included in our facilities.

Desk chair offers the option for the hosts of conferences and events to work with outside, licensed caterers for a small additional charge per event.

We offer full state-of-the-art technology and AV equipment throughout our workspace and conference rooms. This includes both high-speed Wi-Fi and hardwired internet access in conference venues. We also offer VoIP conference handsets for calling and group meetings.
