It’s been an incredible journey for desk chair, and we recently marked a significant milestone: our five-year celebration! The event was not just a commemoration of our time together but a heartwarming reunion of past and present members, reminiscing about the memories, growth, and evolution of this vibrant community.
We went all out to make this celebration special, inviting our alumni members to join in the festivities. The reunion was more than just an event; it was a chance for old friends to reconnect, catch up on life, and witness the remarkable transformations within our workspace.
One of the highlights of the event was showcasing the changes we’ve made in our building. Former members were amazed by the reconfigurations, especially in the basement, which now boasts fully built-out office spaces— a testament to the evolving nature of our innovative environment.
The celebration was filled with delightful entertainment, courtesy of our very own Bryce Carlson, a talented musician and valued member of our community. Allie Menard of Sando’s, our cherished onsite sandwich shop, provided scrumptious food, keeping the catering within our extended desk chair family.
The visionary behind it all, Doug Erion, founder and owner of desk chair Workspace, was present, graciously acknowledged for his dedication and the success of this community-driven space. Doug and his girlfriend Sandra joined us, adding to the warmth of the celebration.
What made this event truly special was hearing the heartfelt testimonials from both current and former members. The genuine appreciation and joy expressed by everyone about their experiences at desk chair were incredibly fulfilling and heartening for us.
