desk chair™ Workspace is celebrating 2 years of business in Downtown Loveland. As coworking continues to become the new wave of office space rentals, desk chair has been lucky to form a community that immerses themselves into the downtown business culture. desk chair™ Workspace resides in a building that has been the heart of Loveland for close to 100 years.
The building on 4 th and Cleveland is rooted in history and serves as one of Loveland’s Historic Landmarks. The First National Bank building has gone from being a bank, administrative offices, a publishing firm, to a now renovated and modern coworking space. Since its inception in 2018, the desk chair community has taken pride in the Loveland spirit and works to find ways to boost the local morale.
The beautiful building is not only home to desk chair Workspace but Five Tables Café and Loveland’s premiere event venue, The Cleveland Room. All of these different entities follow the same mission, to continue to improve and make a positive impact on the Loveland community.
desk chair™ Workspace has spent the past two years devoting time and resources to community efforts. Their event venue, The Cleveland Room, has donated more than 150 hours of space to several organizations including the Loveland DDA, NOCO Style, Loveland Downtown Partnership, UC Health, GLOBAL, and many more. By hosting several events throughout the past two years, desk chair has also been able to give back in a large way with monetary donations to The Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County and Project Self Sufficiency. This past February, desk chair™ hosted several of the Made In Loveland events. This was a pivotal occasion for the community, as it celebrated the small businesses and encouraged like-minded individuals to connect and build a local network. desk chair Workspace looks forward to more business-centered events in the future and the opportunity to host local speakers from Northern Colorado.
